This following is from my friend Marie's Blog. She is a powerful prayer warrior and woman of God. The Lord uses her and speaks through her. We would be wise to pay attention to what He has to say through His servants!

A Nation In Crisis
The Bible with all of its answers, all of its authority and all of its power lies there on the table closed. The hordes of hell are coming against this nation and the answer lies silent in a closed book upon the table. The people of God have the authority to open this book and use the words of this book as a sword against the demonic influence that is pressing down upon our nation. The opening and speaking of the words in this book immediately sends forth a shaft of light -- a light so powerful, so illuminating that the demons shrink back in fear. The people of God must give a voice to the Word of God. The people of God must send forth the light and truth of the Word with their voices. Psalm 103:20"Bless the Lord, you His angelsMighty in strength who perform His WordObeying the voice of His Word" (NAS)Who gives voice to His Word?! The people of God!!People of God awake from your slumber and take the front lines of battle in the army of God. Speak forth the Word of God and proclaim the Name of Jesus Christ over our land. Couple your cries and your prayers with II Chronicles 7:14 " If My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land."

NKJV Isa. 40:30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall,31 But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.

A key to the Kingdom and a powerful key to victory in our lives is to walk in the revelation that our strength MUST be renewed. We cannot fight today's battles in yesterday's strength. We must learn what it means to "wait" on God and do so daily.

NKJV Philippians 3:12 Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me.13 Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead,14 I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

Jesus is continually working through the Holy Spirit to transform our lives. We need to continually focus on Him! Press into Him. You will never be sorry.

(Luke 2:10 NKJV) Then the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. (Luke 2:11 NKJV) "For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.

It is so very powerful that the angel makes it very clear; this is not "a" god, or "some" Lord. This is THE Lord, the awesome magnificent ruler of Heaven and earth that this angel worships in the very throne room of God that has come to earth to be worshipped.

Jesus is not a "good" man or a "great prophet". Jesus is the Son of God. He IS God. He is worthy and deserving of our praise.

Merry Christmas, INDEED!

(Rom 8:28 NKJV) And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. (Rom 8:29 NKJV) For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.

While many Christians have saved verse 28 to memory and it is often quoted, the meat of this verse seems to follow in verse 29. Praise God that He indeed causes all things to work together for our good, but Hallelujah that it is because we are destined to become transformed into His image, becoming just like Him!

Beloved author Francis Frangipane sums this up so very powerfully in his words, "Christlikeness is not only possible, it is our destiny!"

Take hold of this by faith today in your life. Realize that the Creator of all things is working all things this very day for your good; shaping and forming you into the image of His Son.
